Dr. Brett Gidney is a leader in advanced, minimally invasive treatment of Atrial Fibrillation (Afib) and other arrhythmias using cardiac catheter ablation. Dr. Gidney has specialized in cardiac electrophysiology – the management of the electrical signals of the heart - since 2007, during which time he has become a pioneer in new ablation techniques. Electrophysiologists from around the world routinely visit him for training on advanced techniques and new technologies. Dr. Gidney is one of the leaders in the minimization or elimination of fluoroscopy (continuous x-ray) in ablation procedures.
