Clinica Medica San Miguel was founded by doctor Michael Mahfauz, an immigrant from Egypt that came to the United States to complete his studies and was able to help and cure people. He opened his first clinic in Huntington park in 1981 after finishing school and he trained other doctors in how to help low income patients.
