Chloe Braamse, NP is one of the most recent additions to our Perlman team! Chloe is from Seattle, WA and attended the University of Portland for her undergraduate studies and BSN, and then followed up with attending Azusa Pacific University for her MSN. Chloe worked as an RN for six years, specifically in the Cardiac ICU. She enjoys working with adults and pediatrics which is what brought her to pursue a career in family practice! She loves getting to know her patients on a personal level, working with them directly to become the healthiest versions of themselves. She is now a board certified FNP and proudly finished her program as a Nursing Honor Society member, and was awarded the Outstanding Graduate Award in her class, along with a 4.
