About

Bloom Primary Care is a concierge medical practice located in downtown San Mateo. We focus on evidence-based internal medicine and lifestyle medicine. Our goal is to prevent medical problems, improve chronic conditions and keep our senior patients as independent and mobile as possible. We are connected to Sutter Health electronic health records (EHR) and offer same day and next day appointments, televisits and home visits for seniors in selected areas. Our building has laboratory and radiology services and Mills Health Center is across the street from our office, allowing our patients to get care easily. We are currently accepting patients but do have a limited patient panel. Please see our website for more information.
