Spectrum was the first organization in Northern Arizona to offer structurally integrated healthcare. This means that our clinics offer mental and physical health simultaneously. Founded in 1965 as a small behavioral healthcare clinic in Cottonwood, AZ, Spectrum now provides integrated care throughout Arizona at our locations, via telehealth, and by delivering services in the community.
