HHMC is a non-profit organization focused on providing Christ-centered medical care to those in need. We offer Direct Primary Care (DPC) memberships. We also offer cash/credit payment as well as financial assistance for those who qualify. Our goal is to reach those who don’t have access to care or can’t afford healthcare as well as those who just want healthcare done differently. We offer family practice and acute care services in 3 locations. We are at our mobile locations every Wednesday at Life Point Church: 28479 N. Main St. San Tan Valley, AZ 85143 & every Tuesday at Living Waters Bible Church (LWBC): 39731 N Kennedy Dr. San Tan Valley, AZ 85140
