Hello all. I am a Payson native, born and raised. I graduated from Payson High School in 2013 and went on to pursue a degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University (GCU). I have been involved with Ponderosa Family Care since my middle school days. I started out doing yard work for the property and after my junior year of high school I started working as a MA and then moved to the nursing role once I obtained my bachelor’s degree. After working as a nurse for about 6 years, I advanced my education and obtained my Masters in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner. I had the pleasure of doing a majority of my school clinical at Ponderosa Family Care and have learned so much from Dr Michels.
