Identity Health Clinic provides trauma-informed, evidence-based healthcare to meet the wellness needs of Alaska’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community. These principles expand on Identity’s other community based programs, together our community center and Health Clinic work to uplift 2SLGBTQIA+ Alaskan’s overall sense of health and wellbeing. We’re located on Dena’ina land at 307 E. Northern Lights Blvd, Suite 101, Anchorage, Alaska, 99503.
