Welcome to Unity Health Care LLC, Munford Clinic. We are not associated with Unity Health Care Inc. which is a national company. The company is owned by Marsha Boswell NP. Operated by Kim Smith and Marsha, both life-long Alabama residents. We provide primary care services including chronic care management, acute care, Medicare annual wellness visits, sports physicals, DOT physicals, employee annual physicals, drug screens, lab work, patient education, and home visits. Other Services Dr. Charles Oehrlein, Podriatrist (Hoover, AL) is at our clinic every other Friday afternoon. He specializes in foot and ankle problems. You can call the clinic for more information.
