Founded in 1969 and serving a seven-county area, Troy Regional operates under the direction of the Troy Hospital Health Care Authority Board and is licensed for 97 beds. It is fully accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations. In addition to providing emergency and acute care, Troy Regional offers pain management, surgical services, diagnostic imaging, a medical detox unit, a senior behavioral care unit, a center for infusion therapy, and a sleep disorders center. Troy Regional also offers an extensive range of outpatient services, both diagnostic and for treatment, including orthopedics/sports medicine, women’s diagnostics, a wound care clinic with hyperbaric medicine, and a suboxone clinic.
