After 13 years in practice, Dr. Mark Downey had a vision of creating Alabama’s first Spine Center of Excellence. In 2018, SpineGroup Alabama was formed. Our new office has a large diagnostic clinic with digital Xray, two fluoroscopic injection suites, and Fyzical Spine Therapy. In 2020, we welcomed Dr. Alex Cotter to the practice. He is board-certified in both Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Dr. Cotter is currently accepting new patients.
