The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is an outpatient exercise and education program that specializes in treating patients with advanced pulmonary disease processes, helping to improve their quality of life. Indications for Pulmonary Rehab include, COPD, Emphysema, Asthma, Restrictive lung disease, Neuromuscular Disease, and some other conditions that affect your airways. The pulmonary Rehab team consists of a licensed, registered respiratory therapist and a board certified pulmonologist. Dietitians, pharmacists and exercise physiologists help throughout different aspects of the program to teach about disease management, stress reduction, nutrition, and medications.
