Headland Family Medicine is a medical home providing patients a lasting relationship with a credit team to coordinate healthcare needs. The care team is comprised of Dr. Niel Rasmussen, a board-certified Family Medicine Physician, Ramona Bolin, Physician Assistant and a nursing and clerical staff. Their Patient-Centered Medical Home Program has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving healthcare quality. They are one of the few adult care clinics in the Wiregrass to be recognized for its Patient-Centered Medical Care. NCQA has also recognized them for their Diabetes Physician Program for more than 10 years now. We serve Headland and the surrounding Dothan area.
