The Community Free Clinic provides health care for medically underserved people in Morgan County. Call the Community Free Clinic at 256-309-2491 if you need health care services, if you want to learn about volunteer opportunities, or if you want to offer support through donated funds, supplies or services. All Community Free Clinic services including medical care, dental care, and prescription medications are free to qualified, registered patients. What we provide: Primary Care: treatment for acute or chronic illness in adults Blood work and blood pressure monitoring Prescription medicines (no controlled drugs) Dental exams, x-rays and extractions *Patients must provide documentation at a screening appointment to determine eligibility.
