We are a concierge family medicine office that provides concierge, relationship-based medical care to all ages. Our practice philosophy is to treat each of our patients as if they are our family members. Due to only accepting 600 patients as opposed to the typical 2500 patient panel, we are able to offer 24/7 access, minimal to no waiting room time, same day/ next day appointments, and unhurried office visits with Dr. Moore. We try to remove all of the hassles and inconveniences that are so prevalent in today's healthcare system. We are also one of the only practices in the state that offers concierge medical care to all ages.
